Privacy policy
In short: we do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or contact forms, and we load nothing from third parties. The only personal data we handle are the technical logs every web server keeps, and emails you choose to send us.

2. What we collect, why, and for how long
2.1 Server logs
When you load a page, the web server automatically records a standard log entry: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status, the amount of data transferred, the referring page (under our referrer policy, normally only the domain of the site you came from) and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Purpose: delivering the site, keeping it secure, and diagnosing faults and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days, unless a specific entry is needed to investigate a security incident.
- We do not use these logs to build profiles, and we do not combine them with other data.
2.2 Email
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and whatever else you include. We use it only to reply and deal with your request, such as a correction or a data-protection request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up, then delete it.
2.3 What we do not collect
No cookies, no local storage or similar browser storage, no analytics, no advertising or social-media pixels, no fingerprinting, no forms, no newsletter, no user accounts. See our cookie policy.
3. Partner links
When you click a partner link, your browser goes through a short redirect page on our site (/c/1/) to the advertiser, via an affiliate network. If the address you arrived on contained campaign parameters, such as a search-ad click identifier or UTM tags, a small script copies them onto the partner link so the advertiser can attribute the visit. The script runs only in your browser and stores nothing. Once you leave our site, the affiliate network and the advertiser process data as independent controllers under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control. Please read them.
4. Recipients
Server logs are stored on the web server that hosts this site, operated by our hosting provider on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise them, email info@verantis.online. Server logs identify only an IP address, so to find any entries we may need the IP address and the approximate time of your visit. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
6. Other information
- We make no automated decisions and do no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
- The site is not directed at children.
- Our web server uses HTTPS encryption.
7. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
